At The Gaming Vault, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and promotional items are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
